Free Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium
We always offer free shipping, with no minimum order amount! Your order will be delivered directly to your home at no extra cost.
Processing Time & Package Tracking
Orders are processed directly from Monday to Saturday and shipped within 2-4 business days. You will receive a Track & Trace code via email almost immediately after placing your order. In exceptional cases, you will receive this code no later than 2 days after your order, allowing you to easily track your shipment.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 7-14 days. We do our best to deliver your order within this timeframe. In exceptional cases, such as during holidays or extreme weather conditions, delivery may take up to 28 days. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed about your order’s progress.
Accurate Delivery Information
To ensure smooth delivery, it’s important that your delivery details are complete and correct. If there is an error, please let us know as soon as possible via info@middo.nl, so we can adjust the details and ensure your order arrives without any issues.
Order Cancellation
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed, as it is immediately sent and processed by our supplier. However, you do have the right to withdraw your order up to 14 days from the day of receipt of your product(s), during which you can return the order. If you ordered more products in one order, the 14 days start from the day the last product is received.
Haven’t Received Your Package Yet?
Has your package been marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it?
- Sometimes the package is delivered a day later, so wait 24 hours.
- Check with neighbors or the delivery service to see if it was delivered elsewhere.
- Feel free to contact our customer service if your package hasn’t arrived after 24 hours. We are happy to assist you!
Uncollected or Refused Package
If you are not home during the delivery, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a pickup point. It’s important to collect your package on time. If the package needs to be resent, we will do this free of charge the first time. For a second reshipment, shipping costs will be charged.
Easily Track Your Order
With our Track & Trace service, you can always follow the status of your order. Enter your order number and email address or your Track & Trace number, and easily track your package’s progress via our Track & Trace page.
